GRIFFIN G170-30 (45 GPH) DIESEL FUEL FILTER / WATER SEPARATOR

The G170, with a flow rate of 45 GPH, is a Griffin Spin-On Series filter. The G170 is 7.95″ in height and 4.70″ in depth. The G170 provides unsurpassed fuel filtration and water separation and is a direct replacement or substitution for the Racor 645.

The G170 uses genuine MICROBLOC® replacement elements. This filtration technology was developed from over 30 years of experience purifying petroleum-contaminated seawater. MICROBLOC® Multigrade Filtration Media Elements have tested to be 99.8% effective in separating water from diesel and bio-diesel fuels and can remove solid contaminants as small as 2 microns in size. G17 elements are available in 2, 10 and 30 micron sizes. This filter comes with the 30 micron size element.
